Where We need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract We have with you, and you fail to provide that data when requested, We may not be able to perform that contract. Data retention
We will retain your information in full or partially, (1) for as long as you use the Product; (2) to comply with other law, including for the period demanded by our tax authorities; (3) to support a claim or defense in court; (4) for an undetermined time thereafter, depending upon the factors deemed appropriate by Us; (5) until you request, via the Product or support@propertylobe.co.uk to Us, to delete your information; (6) for at least 180 days after your last interaction (attempt to login) with the Product.
Data deletion
We will permanently delete your information upon your request, which can be done via the Product, or by contacting Us at support@propertylobe.co.uk . We reserve the right to permanently delete your information after 180 days of inactivity (understood as no attempt to login) - please refer to our terms and conditions (www.propertylobe.co.uk/terms-and-conditions) for further details on this provision.
When We have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, We will either delete or anonymise it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then We will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

You will then be removed from the marketing email list – however, we will still need to send you service-related emails that are necessary for the administration and use of your account.
